Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant - Support Role. As a key member of our Learning Support Department, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support access learning for pupils and provide general support to teachers in the management of students.
- Work under the direct instruction of the SENCO to develop and implement strategies to support students with Special Educational Needs.
- Collaborate with staff and pupils to promote whole school incentives and develop a positive learning environment.
- Respond positively to change and adapt to meet the needs of students and help them overcome particular barriers to learning.
