Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at Mascalls Academy. As a key member of the Learning Support Department, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a classroom environment.
Working under the direct instruction of the SENCO, you will be responsible for providing general support to teachers in the management of students, responding positively to change to meet the needs of students and help them overcome particular barriers to learning.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £18,390 per annum (£23,337 full-time equivalent) based on 33.75 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week of inset. We also offer a range of benefits to all LAT employees from day one, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
