Examination Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our Exams Team as an Examination Supervisor. As an Examination Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of examination papers and procedures during examination sessions.

• Supervise Examinations: Ensure a calm and distraction-free environment for candidates during examinations.
• Set Up Examination Rooms: Arrange examination rooms according to the seating plan provided by the Cover and Exams Manager.
• Support Candidates: Be aware of any needs or requirements that candidates may have during an examination.
• Monitor Examination Rooms: Ensure that no unauthorized items are brought into the examination room and that candidates follow examination regulations.
• Record Attendance: Accurately record attendance on the attendance register.
• Collect and Supervise Answer Scripts: Collect, sort, and supervise answer scripts as required, and pass them safely to the Cover and Exams Manager for dispatch.
• Maintain Security and Confidentiality: Ensure the security and confidentiality of examination materials and procedures at all times.
