**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced and committed professional to join our Executive Team as a key player in our company's growth. The successful candidate will:

**Requirements**
Candidates will be expected to have:
- Over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, such as surveying, sustainability consultancy, architecture, planning, construction, or M&E.
- Over 15 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- A Bachelor's or Honors-level degree and Chartered Engineer status.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Initiative, attention to detail, and drive.
- An outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a sense of humor.
**Location and Salary**
The job will be full-time and based in central Guildford, Surrey. Salary will be based on experience and ability.
