The Role

We're seeking an experienced and committed professional to join our Executive Team as an Associate Director of Sustainability and Building Physics. The successful candidate will lead with values-driven leadership, investing in each individual to help them fulfill their potential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in sustainability consultancy, architecture, planning, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's or Honors-level degree and Chartered Engineer status.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and drive to deliver results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading key strategic decision-making to ensure positive and sustainable growth.
  • Managing a coaching and collaborative style of management to ensure individual, team, and company targets are met.
  • Developing strong trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Supporting clients in increasing the environmental performance of their developments.
