Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Business Development and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a dynamic Business Development & Marketing strategy which meets the current and future needs of the business, taking into account the role of technology, data, evolving client requirements, and market insight/developments.
- Lead and Develop the Business Development and Marketing Team: Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development and Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and quality control.
- Enhance Client Management and CRM Infrastructure: Develop and execute structure and tools to deliver excellent client management, client centricity, and exceptional content development and delivery. Enhance the firm's CRM infrastructure, including the firm's CRM system and technology platforms to help track and manage client relationships and provide reporting to measure ROI on all BD and Marketing activities.
- Drive Innovation and Change: Drive and innovation and change, creating a firmwide culture where business development and marketing are at the heart of activity and on everyone's agenda.
- Develop and Deliver Measurable BD Training and Development: Develop and deliver measurable BD training and development for lawyers.
- Oversee Brand Strategy Implementation: Oversee brand strategy implementation and play a key role in developing the firm's strategic positioning, brand profile, and reputation in its key markets.
- Manage and Implement Internal and External Communications Strategies: Manage and implement the firm's internal and external communications strategies - including ensuring all content and communications are strategically consistent in tone of voice and messaging.
- Proven experience in driving change and innovation within BD and Marketing.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and quality control.
- Strong background in professional services.
- Expertise in planning, budgeting, and using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management capabilities, ensuring timely and high-standard project delivery.
- Commitment to continuous learning and best practice.
