Head of Inpatient Transformation

We are seeking a highly effective leader to join our team as the Head of Inpatient Transformation. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for leading the transformation of our inpatient services to improve the lives of people affected by mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement transformation plans to deliver key business priorities, including measurable objectives.
- Work collaboratively with teams, colleagues, other organisations, service users, carers and volunteers to achieve transformation goals.
- Manage and deliver to deadlines and within resources, using complex modelling tools to produce plans and reports.
- Represent the Trust at key meetings and forums, communicating key messages to the Executive, LDUs, corporate and local teams.
- Lead the development of Inpatient Transformation plans that are in line with the ICS and deliverable through PMO, working closely in partnership with the Head of PMO.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's qualification or postgraduate qualification in a suitable subject, such as business management. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a senior management role, in the NHS or other complex organisation, and have a proven track record of delivering transformation and business plans.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, with the ability to use Excel, Powerpoint, Word, databases and planning software. They will also have empathy for individuals who have experienced mental health problems and be able to cope with behaviour which may be challenging at times.
