About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Senior Transformation Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our organisation and contribute to the development of our Inpatient Transformation Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transformation plans to deliver key business priorities
- Work closely with senior leaders and colleagues to agree joint priorities and plans
- Lead and coordinate the Inpatient Transformation Programme, including management of supporting project work streams
- Represent the Trust at key meetings and forums
Requirements
- Masters qualification or postgraduate qualification in a suitable subject
- Experience of working in a senior management role in the NHS or other complex organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
