About the Role

We are seeking a highly effective leader to join our team as a Transformation Leader, specifically for the Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our inpatient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transformation plans to improve the quality of inpatient care, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Lead and coordinate the Inpatient Transformation Programme, ensuring that all workstreams are aligned and delivered to time and budget.
  • Represent the Trust at key meetings and forums, ensuring that our voice is heard and our interests are represented.
  • Work with staff and service users to ensure that transformation plans are co-developed and produced together in partnership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS partners, local authorities, and other external organisations.
  • Ensure that transformation plans are aligned with the Trust's overall strategy and objectives, and that they are delivered in a way that is consistent with our values and principles.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of leading transformation programmes in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions that are in the best interests of the Trust.
  • Experience of working in a complex and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations.
