Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary care team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care for patients with mental health conditions. You will work closely with the care team to communicate findings, influence change, and promote health and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with NMC registration, revalidation, and Code of Conduct standards.
  • Support the implementation of nursing strategies and adhere to KMPT policies and values.
  • Identify, report, and respond to safeguarding concerns.
  • Prioritize patient safety through safe practice, risk management, and incident reporting.
  • Provide holistic care, including education, medication management, and support for patients and their carers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RMN or RNLD qualification.
  • Experience of mental health settings and working with people with mental health conditions.
