About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and adhere to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • NMC Professional Registration and commitment to ongoing professional development.
