Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a vital member of the Helpdesk team, reporting directly to the Helpdesk Supervisor within the Electrical division.
  • Efficiently process and generate a substantial volume of work orders, ensuring accuracy in alignment with received purchase orders within the designated CRM system.
