Physiotherapist - Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team at North Middlesex University Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with stroke-related conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions following a stroke.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment programs to promote optimal recovery and independence.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive package of care to patients and their carers.
- Hold responsibility for own caseload and contribute to the development of clinical practice through evidence-based audit and research projects.
- Participate in health promotion activities and contribute to the delivery of services that support the health and wellbeing of patients and their families.
- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in portfolio.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and work in a busy environment.
- High level of clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent IT skills.
- CSP Member.
- Attendance at relevant Post-Graduate Courses.
- Good presentation skills.
- Experience of working in stroke/neuro rehabilitation.
- Experience of working in a community setting.
