Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with stroke-related conditions in the community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions following a stroke.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive package of care to stroke patients and their carers.
  • Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service and wider Trust initiatives.

Requirements
  • Recognized Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD in portfolio.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and work in a busy environment.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of clinical reasoning.
  • Good communication skills, able to present information (written and oral) in a clear and logical manner.
  • Competent IT skills.
