We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with stroke-related conditions in the community.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions following a stroke.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive package of care to stroke patients and their carers.
- Hold responsibility for own caseload and contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service.
- Provide cover for other physiotherapists in the service as required.
