We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with stroke-related conditions in the community.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions following a stroke.
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive package of care to stroke patients and their carers.
- Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
- Contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service and wider Trust initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team at North Middlesex University Hospital. As a Physiotherapist in our Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Requirements- Recognized Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Evidence of ongoing CPD in portfolio.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and work in a busy environment.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of clinical reasoning.
- Good communication skills, able to present information (written and oral) in a clear and logical manner.
- Competent IT skills.
