Academy Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy Business Manager to join our team at Virgin Media Business Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the effectiveness of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver strategic actions from the CEO and senior leadership team within agreed timescales, while proactively managing them to meet business needs.
- Align strategic and performance-based priorities with senior leadership team, oversee project management of key initiatives, and ensure accountability for delivering against objectives.
- Liaise with the CEO to connect the dots across business activities, ensuring the prompt communication of critical performance information.
- Extensive experience in executive support, with a proven track record in providing high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives or leadership teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver on multiple, concurrent projects, and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Excellent communication abilities, with superior verbal and written communication skills, and experience in crafting and conveying complex and sensitive information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and alignment, with the ability to align strategic and performance-based priorities with executive teams, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business objectives effectively.
- Organizational and coordination expertise, with exceptional organizational skills, and experience in coordinating internal communications, facilitating meetings, and maintaining comprehensive tracking systems to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
