Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality predictive indicators.
  • Analyze extensive and varied datasets to identify statistical trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with fellow researchers to exchange insights, methodologies, datasets, and processes.
  • Incorporate indicators and relevant datasets into the global execution framework.
  • Continuously assess indicator behavior and model efficacy over time.
  • Oversee the complete strategy research cycle, from indicator development to execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of practical experience in quantitative research, trading, or data science/machine learning.
  • Not suitable for students or recent graduates.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, or artificial intelligence techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python and/or C++).
  • Experience handling large datasets across various timeframes is advantageous.
  • Intellectual curiosity to investigate new datasets, tackle intricate problems, innovate processes, and connect concepts across diverse domains.
  • Capability to work autonomously in a supportive and collaborative setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technologists, data scientists, and traders globally.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective systematic strategies.
