Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts of several brands, maintaining strong relationships with core retail customers, and developing strategic marketing plans across the brands portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and bring new products to market.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop marketing materials, such as packaging, advertising, literature, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Measure and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
  • Conduct customer and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG brand management, new product management, and strategic direction setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • UK driving license and commutable within Cambridgeshire (4 days in the office).
