Product Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to scientific buyers, influencers, and users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, including case studies, videos, application notes, articles, and marketing literature.
- Contribute to our website SEO approach and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of planned content.
- Plan, implement, and execute customer-focused marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Communicate the value of our products to the market and develop sales and marketing tools to facilitate the selling process.
- Take ownership of the overall customer journey, considering tactics and content required at each stage.
- Support Marketing Operations with the initiation, organisation, and execution of events, exhibitions, webinars, conferences, and seminars.
- Obtain insights into customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data.
- Employ marketing research and analytical techniques to gather important competitor intel and market insight.
Requirements:
- Masters or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field of study or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience of marketing in the Life Sciences industry, particularly in the tools and reagents areas.
- Meticulous eye to detail, with the ability to enforce and evolve our company language and lexicon.
- Significant experience of creating content, writing scientific copy, and managing external/internal content creators in lifesciences, particularly with complex scientific products.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, particularly for communicating scientific information, applications, and articles of interest accurately and appropriately to different target customer segments.
- Proven experience of planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns with a range of tactics and content types.
- Ability to travel throughout Europe and internationally as required.
