Position Overview

Hybrid Working Environment
Our client, Focus Resourcing, is a distinguished legal practice seeking a qualified Commercial Property Lawyer with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Role Responsibilities

In this position, you will manage a varied portfolio of cases, which may include:

  • Leasehold and freehold transactions
  • Development projects
  • Secured lending
  • First registrations

This role presents an excellent opportunity to cultivate your own caseload while collaborating with seasoned professionals on larger initiatives.

Client Engagement

Our clientele includes a wide array of stakeholders such as:

  • Large landed estates
  • Developers
  • Charitable organizations
  • Educational institutions
  • Financial lenders
  • Businesses and private clients
Your Key Duties
  • Overseeing an assigned caseload in collaboration with senior solicitors and the Department Manager
  • Managing client cases efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Upholding the highest professional standards in line with the firm's objectives
  • Keeping clients informed about the comprehensive range of services offered
  • Occasionally supervising junior staff, particularly trainees
Candidate Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2.1 degree
  • Completion of training at a reputable firm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player with a solid reputation
