**Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join our award-winning team at JS3 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our commercial property department, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of quality commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handling commercial property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases, and assignment of leases
  • Working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Growing client base to generate business for the firm
  • Meeting fee-earning targets and working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent client communication skills and ability to work with sensitive documents
  • Full IT competence, particularly with reference to the use of Word and Excel, and experience with the Land Registry portal and SDLT online

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2:1 degree and/or a Commendation from their LPC
  • Trained and practiced in an established and reputable law firm
  • Ability to work directly with the firm's Senior Commercial Property Partner
