Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality and Programmes Administrator to join our team at Universite Paris Dauphine - PSL, London campus. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient delivery of our education programmes and support the work of the Quality and Programmes Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for a dedicated student group(s) and academic staff, providing administrative support and guidance as needed.
  • Support student recruitment efforts, including open days, mailings, and website updates.
  • Manage student timetables and classroom bookings in the timetabling software.
  • Verify and report grades in the dedicated software.
  • Assist with event preparation, including weekends and evenings as required.
  • Support companies and partners relationship management.
  • Help prepare classroom arrangements as needed.
Quality Assurance
  • Update and maintain the integrity of various databases, including backups.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Board meetings, including Examination Board, Academic Board, and Course Board.
  • Support data submissions as required by the Office for Students (OfS), including National Student Survey (NSS) and Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA).
  • Support the preparation and management of the Student visa process.
  • Prepare and analyze feedback surveys for all programmes.
  • Contribute to the final exams' quality check and the External Examination process.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 18 months of work/internship experience in administrative functions.
  • Very good English both written and speaking is required (B2 +).
  • The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check disclosure.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
