The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and provide a first-rate service to customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Arranging customer collections and deliveries.
  • Arranging site visits.
  • Administrative duties and timesheet processing.
  • General clerical duties; copying and scanning documents.
  • Logging calls in the Company's system.
  • Ordering supplies for the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Assisting the Commercial Team with commercial ordering and processing.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Accurate fast keyboard skills
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent approach to people
  • Eye for detail

This is a full-time office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
