About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of food quality and safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering and stock control
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements
