Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at TeacherActive. As a Home Tutor, you will provide one-to-one support to children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) in and around Leicester City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, personalized support to children with SLCN
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans
- Conduct assessments and create tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Provide guidance and support to children to develop their communication skills
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SLCN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including homes and community centers
