Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to work with children in the Leicester area. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide 1 to 1 support to children with speech and language difficulties, usually within their homes or a learning hub/library.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1 to 1 support to children with speech and language difficulties
  • Work with children from KS1 to post 16
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's speech and language development
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure consistent support
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Requirements:
  • QTS or HLTA qualifications
  • Experience tutoring and confident working on a 1 to 1 basis with students
  • Good knowledge of the curriculum
  • Experience working with students with SLCN
  • Excellent time keeping and reliability
  • Access to your own vehicle or ability to travel around Leicester
  • Valid Enhanced DBS check
