We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hunter AHP. As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients who require rehabilitation for mental health conditions. Your expertise in neurological rehab will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement strategies to promote patient independence and well-being
Requirements:
- Experience working in mental health rehab
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
