About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Marlborough House in Milton Keynes. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a varied and complex caseload, providing evidence-based occupational therapy, and leading junior/non-registered staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy interventions for clients.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior/non-registered staff.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of the Occupational Therapy service.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the trust-wide Occupational Therapy service.
  • Engage in teaching and presentations of specialist skills.
