Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Whitehaven. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, helping them to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and follow individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
  • Resilience and ability to learn new skills and develop knowledge
