Customer Service Coordinator

At Trelleborg Industrial Solutions - Antivibration Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase order vetting and data entry to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Monitoring customer websites for orders, schedules, and general requirements
  • Supporting quality compliance and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Contributing to the effective implementation, operation, and control of our management system
Requirements:
  • PC literate with intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Desirable: another language in addition to English
