About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders efficiently, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Provide price quotes to customers and process purchase orders with accuracy
  • Monitor customer websites for updates and requirements, and liaise with customers to keep them informed of order progress
  • Support quality compliance and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and improve service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a customer contact environment
  • Experience working with ERP systems and knowledge of export documentation and legislation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive rapport with customers quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • PC literate with intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
