You will oversee clinical governance and compliance, ensuring that all care practices are effectively assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated to meet the highest standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with a proven ability to motivate and engage a diverse team. You will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Key qualifications include:

  • Registered Nurse or RMN with an active NMC PIN
  • Demonstrated experience in a health and social care setting, particularly with older adults
  • Previous leadership experience within a care environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient IT skills and confidence in using computer systems
