Vacancy: Interior Designer - Interiors

As an Intermediate Interior Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping inspiring and functional interiors for our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with project teams to bring innovative design concepts to life, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and artwork to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D design drawings, presentations, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Conduct thorough product research and stay abreast of current design trends and technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely procurement and installation of materials and furnishings.
  • Implement sustainable design practices and adhere to relevant building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in interior design, preferably within the hospitality or commercial sectors.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of space planning principles, construction details, and material properties.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
