We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Cardiac Surgery team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Advanced Clinical Practice service.
About the Role:
- Work as part of a dynamic team to provide advanced patient assessment, diagnostic, and procedural skills in Cardiac Intensive Care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the development of our Advanced Clinical Practice service.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiac conditions.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff and students.
- Participate in research and service improvement activities to enhance patient care and service delivery.
