Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in accordance with best practice guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and improve health outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our clinical strategy and business plan.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Registered Nurse with Advanced Clinical Practice qualification and experience in a primary care setting.
- Non-medical prescriber qualification and experience.
- Minor injury and illness qualification and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification or accreditation/Acp status.

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
