About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Kirkby Practice. As a key member of our primary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, ensuring safe and effective care.
- Work closely with our practice team to develop and implement care plans, promoting patient-centered care and improving health outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety.
What We Offer
- An annual salary of up to £60,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata.
- One week paid CPD/study leave, pro rata, per year, as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.

Person Specification
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training or working towards non-medical prescriber status.
- Experience in a primary care setting, with a minor injury and illness qualification.
- Ability to maintain and monitor standards of care, with a preference for a level 7 (MSc) practitioner or those with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status.
