We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Prescriber to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing high-quality care to patients in a Primary Care setting.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the General Practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Provide nurse leadership and expertise as required.
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training and working towards non-medical prescriber status.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential.
- Ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.

What We Offer- Annual Salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
