We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Prescriber to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an ANP/ACP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of our patients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care for presenting patients, including history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe and effective clinical decision-making, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to deliver policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training, working towards non-medical prescriber status.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential, with the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Preferably a Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
