Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team in a 12-hour per week capacity. This role presents a unique opportunity for a Prescriber to make a meaningful impact in primary care.
Main Responsibilities:
As an ANP/ACP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, including history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have experience in a Primary Care setting, be an NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training, and be working towards non-medical prescriber status. A Minor Injury and Illness qualification is essential, and you must be able to maintain and monitor standards of care. While a Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner is preferred, candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.

Package Description:
This role offers an annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata, 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, and in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
