Job Opportunity:

Operose Health is seeking a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to patients, including history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
Demonstrate safe and effective clinical decision-making, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Requirements:

Experience in a primary care setting.
NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training working towards non-medical prescriber status.
Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
Preference for candidates with a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.

Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
