Front Office Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team at Winston Fox, a leading provider of innovative data solutions. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust data platforms and analytical/trading data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage data platforms and pipelines for front-office consumers
  • Collaborate closely with front office users (traders and quants) to gather and analyze requirements, manage expectations, and implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and languages, including kdb, dbt, SQL, Airflow, Pandas, Polars, Snowflake, and Kafka
  • Work on modern infrastructure, including K8, Docker, Helm, and other cutting-edge technologies
  • Contribute to the development of innovative data solutions that drive business growth and success

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data development and management
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with other languages, such as Rust and C++
  • Strong academic background in a STEM subject from a reputable institution
