About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Foundation's headquarters building and its facilities, as well as organizing and supervising events held at the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the Foundation's Charity Coordinator and the Founder and President.
- Manage the Foundation's headquarters building and its facilities.
- Organize and supervise events held at the property, including charity events and awards ceremonies.
- Update and develop the Foundation's website and social media presence.
- Assist with awards ceremonies, including collating information, processing data, and creating presentations.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with website management and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
