Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead pan-EMEA events and drive process optimization initiatives for a leading global technology company.

This is a 12-month contract with a salary range of £90,000 - £100,000 per year.

The role is based in a hybrid environment, with 3 days spent in our London office and 2 days working from home.

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, collaborating across marketing functions to deliver impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of pan-EMEA events, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop event project plans, managing timelines and resources.
  • Optimize marketing processes across EMEA, driving efficiency.
  • Act as the go-to expert for Workfront inquiries and improvements.

About You:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong project management skills.
  • Experience in multinational environments is essential; agency experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Workfront or similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and thrives in fast-paced settings.
