About the Role:This key role will be responsible for ensuring all domestic and overseas candidates recruited into Hallmark Luxury Care Homes are recruited in line with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and policies
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
- Manage DBS checks, references, and issuing contracts of employment
- Update and interpret trackers and spreadsheets
- Travel to homes across England and Wales to assess documentation and provide training
