About the Role:

This key role will be responsible for ensuring all domestic and overseas candidates recruited into Hallmark Luxury Care Homes are recruited in line with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and policies
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Manage DBS checks, references, and issuing contracts of employment
  • Update and interpret trackers and spreadsheets
  • Travel to homes across England and Wales to assess documentation and provide training
