The service you will workin….

This is a key role withinthe HR Service Centre where you will provide day-to-dayadministrative support to hiring managers and candidates.Whilst this role is mainly focused on Onboarding you will work withthe wider HR Team to ensure we deliver a reliable service toall our customers. 

A day inthis role looks like….

As anOnboarding Administrator atHestia, you will play a crucial role in our HR Service. Yourcontributions will directly influence the lives of our serviceusers, guiding them towards a path of empowerment andindependence.

A day will never look the same andsome of the things you can expect to do/be responsible forare:

  • Ensuring the onboarding mailboxis monitored and 2 working day response time is met.
  • Actively providing a positive experience and embodyingall of Hestia's values in day to date tasks.
  • Contacting candidates and hiring managers via telephoneand secondly email and MS Teams.
  • Producing andproviding data and reports as requested by the RecruitmentManager.
  • Drive a positive candidate experiencefor all applicants joining Hestia.
  • Communicatewith candidates throughout the onboarding process to provideaccurate updates on screening and information regularly.
  • Provide hiring managers with support and advice on theonboarding processes and procedures whilst delivering afriendly and efficient service.
  • Carry out allaspects of onboarding compliance such as, pre-employment meetings,reference checks, DBS Checks, right to work checks.
  • Ensure all new starters added to HRIS system and completeonboarding documents
  • Support Managers with theadministrational candidates onboarding process.
  • Issue ID cards to the employees.
  • Ensure compliance against agreed time limits andprocesses with regards to onboarding to support payroll cutoff dates.
  • Issuing employment contracts andarranging candidate start dates.

  • At least 1 years experience in a similar recruitment oronboarding role. 
  • Familiar with ApplicantTracking Systems.
  • Proven experience providingan excellent candidate journey. 
  • Knowledge of candidate compliance within a healthcare orsocial care setting.
