About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Unit Manager to join our dedicated care home team at HC One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, while also mentoring and developing our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Mentor and support the development of nursing staff, including students and new recruits
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care and services to residents
