Job Summary

We're seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number to join our dedicated care home team. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their dignity and wellbeing at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for a specific part of the care home, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered
  • Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care, prioritizing resident dignity and wellbeing
  • Work closely with multi-professional teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, attending relevant training and taking additional training as needed
