Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team at Premier Group. As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including mechanical engineers, designers, and technicians
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
