About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHSFT. As a key member of our Physiotherapy team, you will provide clinical leadership in the field of oncology, assessing and treating a caseload of low to highly complex oncology patients and supporting junior staff members in treating this group of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership in the field of oncology, assessing and treating a caseload of low to highly complex oncology patients.
  • Support junior staff members in treating oncology patients.
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy services to meet the needs of oncology patients.
  • Lead in the development of our specialist services, supervision of junior staff and student education.
  • Work closely with the Physiotherapy Team Leader to develop the Physiotherapy service to meet the needs of oncology patients.
